Quit being a vegetarian….ew no!

Ive been a vegetarian now for almost 7 months, I absolutely love it. But now that Ive absolutely fallen in love with it and am actually disgusted by the mere smell of flesh cooking,  I may just have to quit.

I don’t know what to do. I am going to start by researching my diet options a bit more. I think whats really doing me in though is the exercise in combination with a low calorie, low carb lacto-ovo vegetarian diet. I know there must be an imbalance somewhere. I do not want to quit although, I know I would have most likely made more progress with my workouts if I wasn’t a veg. Especially since those dizzy spurts and  fatigue would not be occurring. I think I may need to consult a nutritionist and get my blood checked out again. sad panda
